  • MICROSURFACING & SLURRY SEALS

    Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. recommends microsurfacing and slurry seals to smooth and extend the life of asphalt. Our experienced crews apply thin coats of a fine asphalt emulsion to achieve a bonded seal. Microsurfacing and slurry seals are great for rutted roads, large parking lots, and industrial properties. 

  • CHIP SEAL COATING

    Chip sealing, sometimes referred to as “tar and chip” is the most cost effective product to protect asphalt surfaces from weather and traffic. 

  • FOG SEALS

    Fog seals are an inexpensive emulsion seal that comes in a thin oil form that is sprayed on aged pavement to restore flexibility, color, and the underlining structure of the pavement. 

  • AVIATION GSB SEALER

    Asphalt Suface Technologies Corp. is GSB Sealer Certified.  GSB meets FAA specification #P-608required for air side runway surfaces.

  • CAPE SEALS

    Cape Seals are an optional seal which smooths and binds the rocks from the chip or scrub seal application. Cape Seals are used to prevent rock fallout and to achieve a smoother finish.  To request an estimate, contact us at (320) 363-8500.

  • SCRUB SEALS

    Like chip seals, scrub seals are a method of asphalt restoration using the application of crushed rocks and asphalt emulsion. For scrub seals our crews use a broom attachment to push the asphalt into cracks smoothing and strengthening the surface of the asphalt.
